    • Grange School – Car Park Access: The security code to enable visitors to access the Grange School car park is C7451..

    • Grange School – Equipment: At the conclusion of the Sunday night session during term time the equipment is to be placed in the designated storage room, and the dividers must be returned to the steel cabinet.

    • Mudeford Wood – Equipment: At least two New Milton club members must be involved when setting up or putting away the Donic and Butterfly tables at club night activities. At the conclusion of the sessions our equipment must be placed in the designated storage area. Sufficient space must be left for ease of access from the storage area into Room 1. The nets which separate the playing areas are stored in locker Number 11 in the room at the end of the main hall. Many thanks for your help in this matter. Where there are just two or three matches taking place on Mondays all matches will be played in the main hall.

    • Mudeford Wood Security: The Community Centre was affected by the implementation of Martyn’s Law. This is in tribute to Martyn Hett, who was killed alongside 21 others in the Manchester Arena attack in 2017. This protocol applies to any community building with a capacity of 100+ (Standard Tier). Essentially it will require the Community Centre to be locked whilst we are using the

facility. I suggest someone volunteers to open the door between 7.00 pm and 7.30 pm, to admit members/visiting players. After then time people will have to ring the bell, knock on the door of Room 2, or knock on the emergency doors at the far end of the hall.
